We teach 'old school', practical pathology, that which can be taken into the clinical, versus that restricted to the lab and microscope. Both are important, but doctoring is first and foremost.

Goals and Objectives -
• Understanding the disease process from birth to old age.
• Recognizing the clinical features as an aid to physical diagnosis.
• Recognizing the 'red flags' of grave illness and malignancy and when to refer patients to specialists.
